A Vision to End Domestic Violence

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, an opportunity for men to join together against domestic violence. Domestic Violence causes untold suffering for victims and their families. This year, as we see headlines of a Grand Rapids Police officer being killed while responding to a Domestic Violence call, we are struck also by the collateral damage caused by this pervasive societal problem.

We come together as men to understand the wide ranging impacts of domestic violence. We gather in order to consider specific actions we take to address this issue. We gather in order to support one another to make a difference, to embrace a community of men with a vision to end domestic violence.
