Ortencia Bos is the Director of the Men’s Resource Center in Holland where she supervises the staff and leads the support groups that focus on the development of healthy relationships and the avoidance of domestic violence.
Ortencia holds a BA from Hope College, in Holland, Michigan, with majors in Social Work and Political Science. She has worked at the Center for Women in Transition and as a Violence Intervention Officer with the Ottawa County 58th District Court. She has received training as a facilitator for the Institute for Racial Healing, as a mediator for the Mediation Services, and in the internationally recognized Duluth Model Domestic Violence Curriculum. Ortencia currently serves as the community-at-large member for the Teen Court Advisory Board for the City of Holland.
