I have a Doctorate in Psychology and have been in practice for over 25 years. I am Co-founder of Neurofit: Center for Human Performance where I specialize in assisting those high achieving professionals in the areas of business and sport get the last few percent of their capacities to take their results to the next level of success. Some of my clients have been attorneys, financial advisers, salesmen, CEOs, and start up entrepreneurs. In the sports world I have worked with bull riders, basketball players, hockey goalies, swimmers, football quarterbacks and receivers, and baseball pitchers and hitters.
My personal achievements are varied: two gold medals in USA track and field master’s division, 7 National championships in Fast pitch softball, 16 All-American selections in Fast pitch softball, 4 trips to the CrossFit World Championships and the 2014 CrossFit Games Master’s world champion, 2016 Olympic weightlifting National champion and currently ranked in the top 5 in the world as a Master’s age weightlifter.
So, you might be asking, what is the point of listing all these achievements? Simply and importantly, the mental preparation it took to address these quite varied athletic challenges is how I can help you! Not only have I studied the psychology of performance, I’ve lived it. Everyone coming to me has a little different goal, background, mental approach, roadblocks, and challenge. It is my ability to find the approach that you need for your particular challenge in order to help you raise your “game” to the next level with performance coaching.
