Randy Flood, MA, LLP, psychologist and Director of the Men’s Resource Center provides child custody evaluations, parenting coordination, and parent-child reunification counseling and coaching most often through his affiliation with Fountain Hill Center. These services are particularly necessitated when resist and refuse dynamics (RRDs) are present on the spectrum of parent-child contact problems including cases of parental alienation. Flood is a strong advocate for targeted parents and their children. He works with family court professionals – including attorneys and judges – helping them to recognize signs of parental alienation, therefore providing an opportunity for children and targeted parents to develop healthy relationships. Most recently, Flood has developed instructive guidelines for targeted parents and family court professionals confronted with parental alienation.

Because of his work, Flood was invited to be interviewed and filmed as part of a group of experts participating in the 5th PASG (Parental Alienation Study Group) International Conference on Parental Alienation in Fort Collins, Colorado in June of 2023. He was also featured in a standalone piece, where he provides insight into the five common mistakes targeted parents make and the dilemmas they face when confronted with parental alienation. Produced by Equal Parenting Iceland, Foreldrajafnrétti, both pieces are now available for viewing on YouTube.
